Yeah but seeing those Geordies' tears of joy turn to tears of despair should at least provide some recompense. I have nothing against Geordies or Newcastle FC by the way. I just enjoy schadenfreude.

Newcastle not so much, but anywhere Mike Ashley's involved you have to expect a level of scumminess.

Absolutely. These two being involved in shady deals is like being surprised at Millwall crowd trouble.

Sunday perchance?! :dread:

It's a sellout isn't it? If you lot stop them getting into the playoffs. :dread:

Yup! I think it'll be hilarious/ horrific if we stopped them getting in the play-offs! :dread:

The good news is that Millwall causing trouble can only add to the value of your ground.

I mean there was no points deduction for the Tevez thing which was arguably worse so I'd imagine it'll just be a fine.

It's not an HMRC investigation so why would they use a transfer ban as punishment if West Ham or Newcastle are guilty of shenanigans? I'd imagine a hefty fine and possible criminal proceedings against those at the top would be the order of the day if West Ham and Newcastle were in the wrong.

Not sure but it doesn't seem too crazy that the FA would get involved. Bloody hope not though.

Relegate West Ham, overturn the mags promotion and you only need to send 20th down.

Beat Boro tonight and get one more win from somewhere and the jammiest great escape of them all is back on. :shifty:

Barton banned from playing for football for 18 months following the betting charge! Couldn't happen to a nicer banana split!

He put £3 on himself to score first for City against Fulham.

Goal's just not worth celebrating in the Premier League if there's not a tidy £20 lift attached to it.

It’s a video of John Terry’s mum doing things that you really don’t want to see John Terry’s mum doing.
