Sure does. Not saying he won't be missed but considering in the last 2 games (Chelsea, the league leaders and away at Burnley, notoriously strong at home) without him United have scored 4 and not conceded a single shot on target. The loss of Rojo is arguably more significant.

Liverpools lack of squad depth was very apparent yesterday. I know there was a few lads missing with injury but the lack of quality on the bench was very worrying at such a crucial point of the season.
I just hope they can do enough over the next four games.

Still think Europa is the more easier route. Obviously we should try our hardest in the league, but Jose has decisions to make with the semi final inbetween Spurs and Arsenal away. Jones and Smalling need to man up and play through the pain for the next month.

I do sort of agree with Photek shockingly about the Ibrahimovic part. Just because we played two games and won without him doesn't mean we are better. The whole team has performed better. Rashford has missed more chances than Ibra. I would have fancied Ibrahimovic to score against Celta. I would have fancied Ibrahimovic to win us the final in his own backyard just like he did against Southampton. He also has a decent goal scoring record against Lyon. I keep hearing the terms blessing in disguise. It's really not for me. Mourinho would have started Ibra in the Europa league and used the same setup that he did against Chelsea for the big games we got left. But Ibrahimovic would have been a good option to come off the bench. Now we got Rooney.

Looks like Sheffield United are going to sign former rapist ched Evans from Chesterfield for £500k. Quite surprising as he hasn't set the world a light there. Maybe United feel they owe him another chance or something, he was prolific there previously.

Now that he's been found not guilty I wonder if Jessica Ennis will still demand her name be removed from one of the stands. After all, he's been found to be innocent and thus shouldn't be treated as a convicted felon, but a wronged individual, no?

Seeing as that dispute was over how the club dealt with the situation when he was considered a convicted rapist, probably not. Nor should she be forced to climb down from that position.

Can't see you being back for a while. Your owner has stopped investing and you have a clueless manager. Your owner is probably rubbing his hands with glee over the parachute payments to pocket.

Credit to Newcastle, but it would have been a failure for Rafa after he spent that amount of money for them not to get automatic promotion. I still think the Rafa and Ashley relationship will end in tears once Ashley refuses to back him properly in the transfer market.
