Schneiderlin clearly catches Aguero's left foot with his leading leg before touching the ball and then after with the trailing leg.
A double hit plus the knee twist on landing would warrant a reaction like that I reckon.

If you've not suffered a compound fracture you're not getting the benefit of the doubt.

i think they're suffering PTSD from strawberry floating up in the Champions league last season.
If we spunk enough money away - maybe we'll forget we choked like no team ever choked before.

It's a bit sad for Monaco to be selling up to their main rival, they're the current champions of France but are basically handing over the keys for a bag of cash. Joke of a league.

Yeah. A main rival would never sell their star striker to another rival and guarantee them a successful season. Not in this country.

(Ahem) Arsenal / Van Persie (ahem)

lol "rival".

Seriously though, I can't recall where Arsenal finished the season before he was sold. I'm guessing they weren't close to winning the title.

Looks like Coutinho and co say Barca made him email a transfer request, I don't care if you're lying Phil, come back and score a screamer and we'll forget that pesky transfer nonsense.

But were, are and have been rivals. I'm sure you'll agree. Sorry for not specifying that in a throwaway remark.
:P

Look at Pool with Suarez - refused to sell him to Arsenal. But sold him to Barca

Aye, I knew what you were getting at and my comment wasn't entirely serious. Especially as Chelsea could use it as their excuse for selling Matic to Manchester United   (Though it hasn't gotten them very far in the last few season, I reckon United are a much more dangerous prospect as a rival considering all the money they spend compared to Arsenal back then and now...)

Yeah definitely. Suppose my point was - Arsenal weakened themselves and hugely strengthened a rival.

It does happen.

PSG are supposedly going to take Mbappe on loan in the first instance to comply with FFP. Nothing fishy there obviously.

It is quite a statement of intent though, if they take one of Barca's stars and Madrid's number one target.

To be fair, they need another four goals to put themselves through - I'm just a bit annoyed that this will be the first competitive match Celtic have lost since last November.
