I was joking I have no issue going up north if it didn't cost so bloody much.

Nottingham is a short blast down the A46 for me. I'd probably not go due to shift patterns, but if there was any place i would consider meeting, it'd be there.

I'd like to go to this but weekends from NI to England just isn't worth the money. Last night we went away on a weekend to Bristol and including the spending money for drinking etc I spend about £500 quid, strawberry float doing that again

Us northerners have the same issue with strawberry floating London. At least up here the accommodation is cheaper.
