I think it comes from spending a lot of time in games like Assetto Corsa, Game Stock Car, rFactor etc, where people make and share extra cars and tracks for free. Plus the annual release of a new game with new season passes and vip stuff has turned forza into the racing equivalent of cod - all money all the time then do it again next year.

I havent spent a penny on Forza DLC bar storm island and that was only cos of the impressive reviews, its rather brilliant but with Forza Horizon 2 having over 220 cars I'll never buy car-pack DLC let alone a season pass.

I think the DLC in Forza Horizon 2 is fine. The DLC in Forza 5 however was an abomination and incredibly invasive.

Even if you don't buy any DLC for Horizon 2, it'll still take you about 8 years to complete all of the championships. Ridiculous number of races.

...which I'll do on the 360 version, along with all the other racing games I've hoarded over the years (I have brain problems).

I know, I was just chiming in. There are a ludicrous number of events, doing them in odd gooseberry fool like the cult classics or big off-roaders is going to be challenging, especially as apart from a few dirt road events they're all on tarmac. Oh, don't forget the sponsor stuff; winning certain races in certain brands of car for extra dosh. I know a lot of the events overlap in terms of areas of the map, is there a clear way to highlight which ones are for which series/area? Otherwise you could end up doing loads of events that aren't in the same set trying to finish one group.

As Rally games go is it worth getting? Ive just tried the "modern rally" series in the main game with a Suburu, and its all a bit too "sticky" and opportunities for majestic powerslides are very limited.

Sorry lad. Only really started playing the game this last week. I just got the 500,000 xp for the club achievement though.

Once you get all the perks, do you stop getting skills and skill chain xp?
