I'm actually enjoying the drifting on this. I have about 4-5 left now  I've been tinkering with a few motors and have got a couple of cars that can do 80mph sideways, they are absolutely insane for boosting skill points.

I think I'm going to have to go full nerd and start a spreadsheet of my own lap times for point to point rally events as I doubt the route creator will let you do rivals as that would be a massive amount of data to store. I'm going to investigate if the game tracks 'lap' times for point to point events rather than total time and then just have to let the AI go for 30 seconds or so before starting an event in whatever car I want. There are some great routes that you are only allowed to drive one car in - the rally route over the mountain by the viaduct is great but you have to drive a bloody corvette that isn't suited to it at all :fp:

I accepted a long time ago that I'll never be good at drifting in confined areas. I'm just too inconsistent. Nearly every single one of those drift zones has been cheesed at the last second, and with the last two I had to swap to a Ford Hoonicorn as it was getting to the point on S-Bends where I'd be spending almost as much time on it as I had the first one I'd tried to three-star.

I also got a Bugatti Veyron from a wheelspin, so I'm happy with that.

"There was a Forza Edition car and a Legendary item, but I just had to get the common tripe between them."
And there was a Ferrari. That really is some bad luck.

Seeing how the Super Wheelspin is meant to be a premium thing, there ought to be some guarantee of getting at least one decent item. At least this was a freebie one.

I noticed that you can buy spins using Forzathon points, and the Super costs more than three times a regular one. Don't know why anyone would bother.

I admit to buying a few Supers, but that was during winter when I already owned most of the stuff on the shop and had an overflow. With that house that doubles Forzathon points earned, there certainly will be an overflow.

relatable  I've never had a Super Wheelspin give me better stuff than a regular one, only ever the same but usually worse.

And like you say, you can get nearly 4 regular Wheelspins in the Forzathon shop for the cost of a Super Wheelspin that has 3 spins

Yeh the story modes force you in to pre selected vehicles :( the game could really do without them to be honest, all 4 "stories" are poorly executed.

To be fair, the stories are 4's version of the bucket list.

Me too. The dizzying heights of Tier 11 now. I won't be able to hit Tier 12 until next year when they give away Forza 6. I'm looking forward to that as from what I have read it's the best in the series. I enjoyed Apex and still go on that for the weekly challenges.

Some good fixes there. Being able to quit in Quickplay Team Adventure is welcome. Although why haven't they done it on other online modes :x

HDR brightness too :msgreen: the game can be dark af sometimes so hopefully that's a fix for that.

Yeh it's odd, same on Xbox. I see lots when doing street races and you occasionally see them around speed cameras and during drift challenges. That's been the case with Horizon on Xbox One though, I think it might be a memory utilisation issue (in FH3 it would be the same but if you sat long enough in an area eg doing a speed camera, the traffic would keep appearing and be insanely heavy to the point of creating a car wall across the road).

Yep, attempting to 3 star a speed trap on FH3 will always see more and more traffic appear with each attempt. The only way around it is to return 20 mins or so later when the system has reset itself.
