I rented this and paid for most wanted, such a fail! Horizon is so much better.

I've just ordered it to own, I think I'll skip the season pass, but I'm very tempted by the rally pack. Is it good? Co driver stuff working?

Is there any more dlc in the pipeline?

I've just started playing this, well about a week ago.

It's bloody good. I really wish I had gone straight you this and not bothered with need for speed.

I don't have the season pass but may get it at some point. Same for the rally pack once I'm done with normal stuff or I get bored I'll get the add-on,

Top Gear Car Pack Out April 2nd

The cars, which were selected by a team from Top Gear Magazine and the developers at Turn 10 Studios, include:

2011 Ford Transit SuperSportVan, a customizable transit van that sports a 3.2-liter, 198-horsepower engine.
1998 Mercedes-Benz AMG Mercedes CLK GTR, a street car "in the loosest sense of the word," which won the GT1 class at Le Mans more than once.
2012 Aston Martin Vanquish, styled after classic Astons, it sports a 565-horsepower V12.
2012 Bowler EXR S, produced by Land Rover and U.K.-based rally raid manufacturer Bowler, it includes the Range Rover Sport's supercharged 5.0-litre V8 and a top speed of more than 150 mph.
2011 Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale Zagato, a mashup of Alfa style and a Dodge engine with 600 horsepower from an 8.4-liter V10.
2002 BMW M3-GTR, this month's free download, based on a car that, according to BMW, was "never sold to anyone. Only three street copies were built. Not all three were ever shown. A street copy was shown in the U.S. only once, and for less than an hour."

The Forza Horizon April Top Gear Car Pack will be available for 400 Microsoft Points and free for Season Pass holders.

I think this is the last monthly DLC for Horizon, but I'm really impressed with how much Turn 10 support their games - they're always doing community events and the like, even for Forza 4 after a year and a half. Most other racing devs would spunk out some token DLC and that would be that, whereas these guys really engage with their fans.

I'm liking Horizon, a total change of pace from 4, but the two compliment each other well, especially how you can import liveries from 4 pretty easily.

I bought this game last week, really impressed. Not so much with the price of the DLC though, far too expensive.

I want to buy this game again. I wonder if they're are any plans for a GOTY edition.

It's an incumbent developer, though. You'd expect them to engage with the community for some time after release in meaningful ways, rather than being a 3rd party pooper, releasing DLC, hope you buy it and that's that.

It doesn't help that the DLC sucks. Always packs of cars no one wants and never any tracks.

Yeah...Dan did actually say he didn't see the worth of adding new tracks as DLC (more money comes in from car packs). He used the Nurburg F1 as an example.

But...err...this is Forza Horizon. I'd be surprised if the release track DLC.

I really liked the Rally expansion.

Never bothered with any of the car packs, though.

Yeh technically you could class the Rally DLC as new track. Even though it uses the old road layouts it re-textures everything, adds rocks and bits too, as well as changing the handling for the cars.

The co driver leaves a lot to be desired though

Always enjoyed racing along the motorway in this, it goes around like half of the entire map. Great fun.

It's still pretty busy, just avoid the hoppers and join private games instead.

Can we get some games going, following the sale?
