I see Future have now increased the price on their website to the RRP of £5.99.

Got in at the lower price 8-)

They sent me the dispatch email this morning. :mrgreen:

£4.50 with Quidco feels like a bargain.

I've used them a few times. Usually arrives a few days later. No complaints.

They will send you an email when it's dispatched.

I'm assuming you mean that the Super Play insert was missing. This is concerning as I also ordered it online from them and think it should be arriving today. If it is missing I'll have to hope one of the Glasgow WHSmiths has it tomorrow.

I hope that's not missing as it's the only reason I'm buying it!

It was definitely advertised on the site as being included when it was up:

Have you been in contact with Future about it, KK? I know that they send mags out without the "bag" that they appear in on shop shelves, but they normally - and should! - include the full contents.

Not yet. Shall see if it arrives tomorrow.

When I've ordered individual copies before, or asked for a sub replacement, they've come in the cardboard sleeve (or been lacking the sub exclusive front covers). This one was just in a grey bag.

Maybe this is why it was £1 cheaper :dread:

My copy arrived in a grey bag WITH the copy of superplay attached to the main mag with a bag :toot:

I just checked and it's heat sealed all the way around both magazines (they open gatefold) so there's no way it fell out. At a guess I'd say someone was reading yours, or worse stole the superplay and thought no-one would notice.

Well Future Publishing's customer service sure is something else. The woman on the phone had ZERO idea what Super Play was and said they made no such magazine. Doesn't exist folks. FAKE NEWS. Must have just dreamt the whole thing.

I've emailed them to see if that gets a better response.

I'm guessing by the reaction on the phone they are sending out a load of issues, maybe subscriber copies too, without Super Play.

Astonishing.
