Yeah, looked really good too.

Just watched it, it looks awesome. 2012 has no gaems. :(

No definitely not...

NSMB 2
Sleeping Dogs
Darksiders 2
Transformers: Fall Of Cybertron
Far Cry 3
Borderlands 2
Resident Evil 6
Dishonored
Forza Horizon
NfS Most Wanted
Assassins Creed 3
Halo 4
Call Of Duty: Black Ops II
Paper Mario: Sticker Star
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon

Oh and Wii U.

Yeah nothing really.

None of those interest me, apart from Asaasins  . I think it is going to be the 2nd Assasin game I have ever bought since Assasins 1.

Halo 4 by a country mile. Nothing else interested me. Not even Wii U.

Nintendo disappointed me to be honest, I had hoped to hear news of the next Mario or Zelda 3d outing atleast. Perhaps Metroid, F-Zero or Starfox.. even the technical details of the Wii U itself didn't really live up to expectations. I just really hope they improve on their online offerings this time around - at the very least it would be nice to see players given a single profile with which to use across all games.

The game built for speedrunning is NSMBU

Don't care about that one, it's just a NSMBW level pack.

Have you seen Dishonored gameplay?

For me the standouts are Halo 4, Dishonored, Assassins Creed 3 and Paper Mario looked awesome.

I'd probably add a Wii U game or two to the list, but we don't know when they are coming out exactly.

That makes no sense. Theres far more new in U than 2.

Like I said U has a dedicated speedrunning mode where you can challenge other peoples times.

The two games I can see myself definitely buying are Paper Mario and that 3DS Castlevania game which looks very lovely, but is not on the list.

Is Watch Dog(s?) actually playable at E3? Otherwise it's just smoke and mirrors.

The Last Of Us just looks depressing. Like being stuck in a dystopian sci-fi movie from the 70s. Probably starring Charlton Heston. I bet they both die at the end (of the inevitable sequel).

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

Nothing like playing the first, missing out the second and then playing the third.

The second one was actually great and ten times better than the original.

I know they call it III but it feels more like the 5th tbh, I consider Brotherhood and Revelations the 3rd and 4th respectively.

I went with Assassins Creed 3.

Watch Dogs and Dishonored were both very close, but with WD I get the feeling it's so far from release that by the time we see it come out it'll look very different. And as for Dishonored, the demo was great but it didn't really beat my expectations, I had an idea already that the game was going to be like that.

AC3 however completely exceeded my expectations. There's something about it that makes it obviously familiar but at the same time like HSH said, makes it also feel like they've taken things to the next level. I loved the naval combat as well.

A few Demo's impressed me, The Last of Us, Tomb Raider (which is missing from the list you slag!) & Assassin's Creed 3.

However just because I never seen it coming and it looks promising I will vote for Watch Dogs

PLAY | Persona 3 Reloaded [3h]
WATCH | Ted Lasso S3, HiJack S1, Red Dwarf S4, Dexter S2
RACE | Chew Valley 10k (June), GNR (Sept), Cardiff Half (Oct)

Assassin's Creed III impressed me the most.

Watch Dogs looks good too, as does The Last Of Us, but AC took it for me.

Watch Dogs, for not only looking awesome but also genuinely innovative in both premise and execution.

Halo 4 looked underwhelming, I have so far to see anything that seems to shake up the series at all. It's difficult to get pumped about the sixth edition to a franchise until I do.

It's a real close call between Watch Dogs and Halo 4 for me. Watch Dogs because it literally looks like my dream sort of game. Having to carry out investigations of sorts to find out info on targets and stuff rather than just wading in all guns blazing. As i said during the demonstration, it sorta reminds me a bit of Frame City Killer but looking far more polished and better than that did. I hope the majority of missions during the game have you needing to use your brain to figure things out and provide us with unique ways to distract enemies and stuff. My only worry is if the console versions - or if the actual game itself ends up being scaled back come release for whatever reason. But regardless, i really loved what I saw.

Halo 4 I loved because it looks like 343 have delivered. In all departments they've gone all out, graphics, sound and from some of the previews i've read, they're carrying on Halo's tradition of having good enemy AI. Good thing as well is they've promised that we're getting bigger and larger levels than ever before seen in Halo games.
