I just want to see Cersei back in action as the hyper evil bitch.

That's exactly what it means however there's going to be at least one person who isn't going to read the thread title properly. See below.

Glad we'll have no book reading wankers coming in here and being annoying now the show is ahead of the books.

Game of Thrones (TV) - US Pace - NO BOOK DISCUSSION (that means NO BOOK DISCUSSION)

Well I'm avoiding the thread all day at work tomorrow!

No book discussion didn't stop people from previous seasons going "that was different in the books". Nothing to compare it to will thankfully!

Actually there are still one or two things from the books that could still be let slip. Especially when phrases like Book reading wankers are still being thrown about.

Watched Sky's "GoT: The story so far" last night which was perfect for someone like me who has watched all 6 series but couldn't really tell you what it was all about! Sets me right up for S7

Tell them Winter came for House Frey!

I expect this will end like Monty Python's The Holy Grail. They all get arrested at the end and the fourth wall is broken.

Nice opening episode. Slow build to what's to come.

Couple of questions

-The dead father and daughter, what exactly happened there with the hound? Can't recall

-The castle at the end, was that were Stannis was last based? Obviously Targaryen territory initially

The bedpan bit had me rolling

Nope, Doctor Who will turn up and break the internet.

Epic crossover potential  .

That was excellent.

Loved the opening scene and the bit with Sam emptying the bedpans was hilarious, I fully expect someone will edit that bit and make a tune from the sound effects.

Wasn't it a family he visited with Ayra and he beat them/stole from them/left them to starve/fend for themselves or something?

I hope we don't see people like Ed Sheeran popping up everywhere, his blatant cameo took me out of that scene.

It was completely unnecessary.

Agreed. The This Is England kid would have done that anyway, but at least he's an actor.

Enjoyed that, cracking opening and then lots of moving the pieces into place.

The Hound's use of "banana split" never fails to make me laugh. "You're fooling nobody with that topknot you bald banana split"

Bran looks around about 30 now. Obviously a hard life being a disabled kid in the North.

There is no "US" pace anymore. It's simulcast with the US on Sky Atlantic and available on demand pretty much as soon as that's broadcast.

This. Just made me remember it's not real.

HEY WHAT'S THST SINGING GOOD SINGING THOUGH RIGHT HEY IT'S ED SHEERAN LOOK ED SHEERAN THAT SINGS JUST IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW LOOK HERE'S HIS FACE FULL SCREEN FOR A BIT LOOK HEY BUY HIS ALBUM AND A TICKET FOR HIS TOUR THAT'S ON 'MEMBER GLASTONBURY?.

I liked the opening scene, although unusually for this show it was really obvious what was going on as soon as the wine was poured. Still satisfying though

The hound  I'm guessing those were the people who took him and the girl in, then he took their money.

Cersie walking on the map while it's still being painted :fp:

Demo dragons :datass:
