Looks awesome, so much going on. I need to watch again and pause at moments to work out what's going on.

Meeeep!

Flying to Aus on 26th July. Part of me wants to try and avoid all spoilers from the first few episodes and watch them as a block on the first leg of the flight to Sydney. The larger part of me knows that I don't have a hope in hell trying to avoid spoilers :fp:

They need to bring back Ned Stark and make him the eventual winner of the Iron Throne or just have someone steal it at the last second so nobody can have it.

There was always a rumour that Ned was never killed at it was a faceless man in his place but i really don't believe that's true. People want Ned back because he's Shaun Bean but in the books he was simply ned stark and the intention of his character was more than likely just to set up his kids futures storyline wise.

How about Ned Stark's ghost :shifty: .

Got to try and avoid GoT spoilers for the next 10 days so I can watch the first couple of episodes back to back on a flight next week :shifty: - shall have to try and avoid opening this thread as I normally do out of habit.

That's always the hardest part of avoiding spoilers, getting out of the habit of clicking on certain threads or visiting certain websites.

I usually fall foul of finding out sports results by visiting the news sites and happily reading normal news forgetting that they will often have links to sports sections etc..

Again some news sites will have entertainment sections and again will contain headlines that give away what happened on a show.

Quite. If I'm honest, I'm thinking of just avoiding the internet completely for the 10 or so days before I go. I'm also going to have to try and avoid spoilers for the next four weeks while I'm away as I don't think I can download onto Sky Go when I'm in Aus :fp:

The Telegraph website is terrible for having spoilers in the episode title. Although definitely a natural habit to click in here and read spoilers.

Does US pace mean spoilers don't need spoiler marks in the hours between it airing and the UK episode airing on Monday night?

Glad we'll have no book reading wankers coming in here and being annoying now the show is ahead of the books.

That's exactly what it means however there's going to be at least one person who isn't going to read the thread title properly. See below.

Well I'm avoiding the thread all day at work tomorrow!

No book discussion didn't stop people from previous seasons going "that was different in the books". Nothing to compare it to will thankfully!

I'm going to have the opposite problem as I'm away from the last two episodes. I have the internet where I'm going but I want to be able to watch it in good quality on tv and I'm worried that I will find out what happens easily.

You won't be able to download it onto sky go in aus without a vpn I think.
