Pretty sure that she said that because she'd worked out that the girl was the one who'd hired the Faceless Men in the first place, not to displace the blame.
I was expecting that scene to pan out differently to be honest - when Arya and the actress started talking I thought that they'd both drink the rum and Arya would survive thanks to finally becoming truly Nobody. I liked the way it did turn out though, the inevitable fight to the death between her and the Waif better be good.

Yeah Arya definitely said that she thought that the young actress with the cracking tits (Arya's words) had hired the Faceless men to kill the older actress.

Cersei and Jaime's daughter. Tyrion sent her off to Dorne in season 2 to form a marriage alliance with the Martells. Oberyn's bastard daughters murdered her at the end of season 5.

My take on the Arya scene

I think the two girls will batle to the death with Arya winning and the faceless guy explaining that it wasn't Arya being tested but the other girl as she is jelous of Arya but at the same time Arya is being taught to not just be a mindless assassin who will kill on orders without thinking about it herself and being able to make a judgement call. It just seems a bit pointless to do all this gooseberry fool and train her and then kill her for being who she's been turned into.

Yeah sounds plausible to me.

I was miffed that we've waited through God knows how many seasons of stick fighting and she's cocked it all up.

Bronn

The Hound

Diana Rigg

Arya getting stabbed

Lovejoy

Lovejoy dying

Good episode despite nothing spectacular happening. I liked the young girl who gave Jon 60 odd men.

Good episode. I enjoyed getting to spend longer on certain story arcs.

Are we supposed to assume that Sansa has written to littlefinger?

Also where did brienne and pod go? Have they gone to blackfish?

Love that the hound is not only back but by the end of the episode he's back back.

Ayra getting stabbed seemed a bit too much, she's clearly not going to die but I surely she was stabbed a few too many times.

Was a bit shocked about lovejoy as I had read that he was in a couple of episodes, although you knew he was dead as soon as the hound started walking past all the bodies.

Good episode. Actually felt like things were progressing this week.

What was the picture of a flower that Marjory handed to her gran about?

It's a rose, the sigil of House Tyrell (Margaery & Olenna's house). It's basically a code saying she's still loyal to the House - suggesting her apparent conversion is not genuine and she's attempting to play the Sparrow's lot from the inside.

Yes, and yes - that latter point I assume will become important in resolving the Blackfish vs Jaime conflict, as Brienne and Jaime are of course friends (or at least friendly)

The Hound will somehow save Arya and they will go and live together happily ever after after buying a nice pub somewhere.
This will make both story lines completely pointless but who cares they deserve a nice rest.

All that balance training would make her a pretty awesome barmaid though.

The Hound. Swedgen  That was a good episode. The little girl at the head of the house was the best thing in it. What a badass.

Knew Swearengen wasn't gonna make it past the end credits since Ian McShane said he was only gonna be in one episode. :(

Was hoping Arya was gonna die. Really tired of her character now. Although it might get interesting again since The Hound is back. That faceless woman is a really shitty assassin. Stabs her twice then pulls off her mask to make a "surprise! it's me!" face instead of just slitting her throat or something.
