Who are you kidding, we're all nerds we don't riot.
We just send a polite letter to our MP demanding that questions be asked in the House of Commons demanding trade sanctions against the organisations which didn't give them awards.

That'll show'em.

Amazing amazing episode.

Dani getting the dragons to burn the invading fleet was great. And her supporting Theon and whateveritisshescalledintheshow. With dragons, Vikings and Dothraki, I'm hoping her story is now going to be great. And big lols at Tyrion getting his own back on Theon for all those jokes.

The battle of the bastards though was brilliant. No shocks but great scenes and it was great to see Ramsey get his comeuppance, apt that it was his own dogs.

Wunwun

The Stark wolf banners are hanging again from Winterfell, it will be interesting to see how much influence Littlefinger is going to have. I suspect a lot, but GoT likes to surprise and Sansa is no longer a naive idiot.

Probably one of the best battle scenes I've ever seen on TV or film

Jon deserved to lose that, there was no strategy whatsoever.

There was something very Saving Private Ryan D-Day about that filming of Jon Snow in battle.

When he's not brooding or wracked with angst. When he finally sets his mind to something. Jon is a strawberry floating badass.

That swipe of the horseman!
And his utter ownage of bully boy at the end. Brilliant.

Special mention though to the hard nuts that are Wun wun and Tormund.

I really thought Umber would prove to be on Jon Snow's side. He as good as killed Rickon the treacherous banana split. Died horrifically as he throughly deserved to.

8-) 8-) 8-)

I also liked Grey Worm cutting two of the masters throats. Those thick banana splits never learn, how was calling the other guy lowborn ever going to help them.

Certainly seems likes there's some divine intervention going on, the Lord of Light probably had to save him a couple of dozen times there

There was a great shot of Geordie Davos on a hill with the sky on fire behind him. Great photography in that episode.

Why did they not just ask little finger in the first place?

I'll just continue to add to the glowying praise of that episode, incredible cinematography. I'd even say that was one of the best shot battles I've seen on film.

Just reading some of the comments here of 'boring' and 'nothing shocking happened', we finally, finally have a feel good moment and that is not enough for some. Bah, to you, bah, strawberry floating amazing payoff.

I really liked the almost callback to Rickon's death. mummy strawberry floater didn't know how to dodge arrows, just zizgag you stupid banana split. Snow shows how to parry/block arrows like a pro.

Fantastic episode, got to be one of the best.

Dragons looked amazing.
Greyworm going all Assassin's Creed
Flirting for the iron Isles
Giant punches a horse
Jon being trampled had me holding my breath
The whole fight looking like something straight out of return of the king

Fantastic.

That long single shot sequence of Jon during the battle was absolutely stunning.
