Someone should tell him it's actually about ethics in games journalism.

Memo. Missed.

Least Milo managed to match Cheong's face to his name correctly, I've seen more than a few GGers condemning Arthur Chu for previous comments that were actually made by Cheong :fp:

While I'm at it GG decided that the ethics of review embargoes didn't need discussing at all, instead they started something called "OpSkynet" :dread: which as near as I can tell appears to be an attempt to create an echo chamber for GG under the guise of networking. :fp:

Dunno how the invasion of occupied Tumblr goes.

There was a bit of an argument over Wikipedia's Gamergate article (it was supposedly too anti GG for GG's liking) so Jimmy Wales told GG to write their own one. What they've got so far is frankly gold - http://gamergate.wikia.com/wiki/Propose ... edia_Entry - It's a mixture of white washing and propaganda  :fp:

On the subject of review embargoes

Op Skynet was a response to the removal of certain people, including but not limited to Milo Yiannopoulos, from Twitter by abuse of the WaM reporting tool for fictional infractions.

It is the exact opposite of the blocklist tool used by people who are anti-GG, if you want to compare and contrast the efficacy of echo chamber construction policies.

Stupidity isn't confined to the Pro GamerGate side.

GG's biggest success and it got reversed

Three months and all they've got to show for it is a bad taste in the mouth :fp:

That review was posted, as it says in the picture, in April which was before gamergate kicked off, so you can't really claim that one, sorry. :simper:
