Its not going to be another Half Life 2 (it was HL2 they didn't review right) is it? They can't make that mistake again surely.

Perhaps its because they want to give it the cover, assuming that the issue out in the shops in the month leading up to Christmas would probably do well with a Gears 2 cover.

Well very few magazines have got reviews of Gears out yet so I doubt its another Half-Lfe situation. I think they are talking more about the score than wondering why the review is next month.

No, not at all. They had someone at the event, and it will be reviewed. I'm merely pointing out to Crash that I'm not reviewing it for the mag (indeed, I've not written anything for it for months).

Excellent scores for Valkyria Chronicles and Persona, there.
It also appears another magazine has made some sort of typo with the Dead Space score. How odd.

They just had a Gears 2 cover the other month, so I'd very much doubt they'll do another next month.

You do realise that's illegal - and, as someone who writes for several magazines - you're really asking the wrong person to infringe copyright? Especially of a publication I CONTRIBUTE TO. :lol:

I would say the Fifa score is rather harsh, especially when you consider that they gave Fifa 08 8/10. I can understand not thinking it's the second coming but I question the judgement of anybody that feels 08 is better than 09.
