You all have them, games in your collection you know you wont play again but you can't seem to get rid of them and when asked you dont know why only down to sentimental value.

Mine are

Oblivion
skies of arcadia
tales of symphonia

Over to you?

Quake II, because it introduced me to the FPS - one of my most beloved of genres.
Age of Empires, because it taught me that history can be fun and interesting.
Early 2D Sonic games, because they showed me how much fun videogames could be.
Metroid Prime, because it's just brilliant.
Pokémon games, because I'll get around to finishing them all some day.

All of them. I never trade in games even though I know I have no intention of playing them again. I like having a shelf full of games to look at.

This exactly. Although I did just have a bit of a retro clearout. Still got every game I've ever bought from Dreamcast onwards.

far far too many to mention from PS1, PSP, PS2, Xbox original, X360, Wii & PC. Probably 70 or so games covering a lot of the major franchises (FF7, MGS, Pro Evo, CoD, Resi Evil to name a few)

Once I know a resale value has fallen too much I refuse to trade it in as I think it's not worth getting £2-£5 for and also believe "I'll play that again some day" even though I probably won't. Ever. Unfortunately.

I also have the desire for my 9 month old son to one day enjoy playing these games, so long as my PS2, Xbox, 460 & Wii keep working in another few years time that is (& yes, I have had my 360 RRoD'd twice in 2 yrs before anyone raises that point!)

From this gen, Gears of War 1 and 2 are totally untouchable and there's no chance of me selling them because i'm such a big Gears fan. Suprisingly PGR 3 has lasted since December 2005 up until today and not once have i thought of selling it.

When the 360 came i got rid of quite a few Xbox games but i made sure i kept my elite Xbox games and those are: Halo 1 and 2, GTA Double pack, KOTOR 1 and 2, PGR 2 and Max Payne 2.

I used to trade in/sell a lot of games, but now I keep the majority of them, even if I'll never play them again. I want to get a nice big collection of games.

Halo 3. Not a particularly good game but I enjoy the multiplayer whenever I have a gold account.
Fallout 3 - Game of the Forever.
Orange Box.
GTA4 - Keeping it for DLC.

Other than Fallout 3 I wouldn't get much for any of them anyway.

I'm a trader, so I don't tend to hold onto games for long.

That said, however, I still have the PS1 versions of GTA, GTA:London and GTA2, and the PC version of GTA3.

I'm in the hoarders camp. Unless a game is really gooseberry fool I most likely won't let it go. Only problem is I've got nowhere to keep em all.
