can any decent resident evil gamers tell me if its ok to use the shotgun on them? i would try but i currently have a lack of shotguns shells, and was planning on using them for the bosses or hunters. :shifty:

Ever gone through One Dangerous Zombie mode? That's a proper manly and incredibly terrifying mode.

Yeah, Forest (the one dangerous zombie) is placed in random places around the mansion throughout the game and that's basically it. He runs slightly slower than a crimson and his attack is the same as a vanilla zombie but all you can do is shove him off and nowt else. Not sure what defence weapons will do to him but I can't say it's recommended.

Complete the game as both Chris and Jill one time to unlock the ''One Dangerous Zombie'' option. A special zombie will continue to follow you around during the first part of the game. Shooting this zombie will end the game, so you must avoid it during game play.

On normal to boot, he turns up in Once Again mode. Thank christ he doesn't turn up in invisible enemies mode :fp:

The Lisa Trevor reveal is probably one of the best scarey moments ever. Nice how her whole subplot weaves into the story so well.

I think I'm going to go and play some RE4 now.

Shame they couldn't have lumped all the movie stuff in with all the spinoffs in the previous episode.

Cheers Stu. Will get around to watching this later. :D

Wow, I hadn't seen the very first early footage there, when it talked about the mysterious enemy scissors. Seen the rest though.

I think it was because they were reiterating the point that the series is moving in a different direction now, which is illustrated both by 4's fantastic reinvention of the series (yes, even with less horror and puzzles, it was still a great RE game) and, unfortunately, the release of the truly awful films... with the exception of Degeneration, which was exactly how I imagined a RE film to be.

I've not seen Degeneration yet - is it worth a look or am I better just reading up on the plot online?

Definitely worth a watch, especially if you're a Resident Evil fan - it's far more like traditional RE than the Hollywood movies ever were.

i couldnt agree more its an amazing film, so much so that ive watched it 5 times everything about it is great, there are the slight animation problems (such as talking) but who gives a gooseberry fool about that, as you said its more traditional which made it instantly better, and got me in the mood to play re2 and 5 8-) :shifty:

I'VE FINISHED CODE VERONICA! :D

10 hours 8 minutes - 23 saves - 3 retries - Grade D

Bastards. I still had around 19 ink ribbons left along with a truck load of ammo and if I'd taken the grenade launcher with me to the finale (I chose to go with more health) I could probably have knocked a couple more minutes off that time. How anyone can finish it under 4hrs is beyond me though.
