********. I still had around 19 ink ribbons left along with a truck load of ammo and if I'd taken the grenade launcher with me to the finale (I chose to go with more health) I could probably have knocked a couple more minutes off that time. How anyone can finish it under 4hrs is beyond me though.

congrats! hopefully ill have a chance to play it soon but until i can find it within my price range ill have to wait.. :(

right guys i have a chance to play either resident evil 2 or 3 (nemesis) but am not sure where to start :|
i heard nemesis kicks ass but that said you can run by him in parts, but leon is in 2 and hes my favourite character in the series so far (minus barry), so basicaly what im asking is which one would be better to start with 2 or 3, also im new to both games ;)

2 definitley, it is my favourite Resi by far and the two scenarios are great. I'm currently playing through 0 and i have to say, the game is a massive pain in the arse! I always used to think when i played the Resi games that it would be great if you could just drop items, when you couldn't get to an inventory chest. But, to give you that option while, getting rid of the chests' was madness! I just have loads if items scattered around rooms and i'm sure its going to come back to haunt me later in the game.

A for CodeVeronica, i completed it for the first time last year, it's a really epic game with a few glitches, such as not really informing the player they need certian weapons and amounts of ammo, that really ruined it for me. I had to re-start the whole game twice! How anyone could complete it under 4 hours, is completely beyond me!

cool thanks for the opinion. that also annoyed me on re 0 i found myself bactracking constantly to the main hall where i left all my items, i much preferd the item boxes in Remake, nontheless i thought it was still a very good game :)

I didn't have much of a problem dropping items without item boxes or indeed the odd backtrack to the main hall. It was transporting everything I'd picked up from the train crash to the main hall and then to the observatory that annoyed the hell out of me.

i think now i may nip on resident evil 4 mercs mini game too snap ganado necks using HUNK, as it makes me feel better that i can actually kick some enemies ass

The Lisa Trevor reveal is probably one of the best scarey moments ever. Nice how her whole subplot weaves into the story so well.

yeh, it is an awsome game so far, and things seem to be getting better and better (and harder :| ), i think ill be going back on it now :D

The holy trinity of RE games for me are REmake, RE2, and RE4.
I dunno, its like i love RE4 and all but the one thing that bugs me about it is the stupid story. I hate how ridiculously over the top it and almost camp it is. If they had made it as scary as REmake it would have been the best RE to date.
By the sounds of RE5 its jsut gotten even more ridiculous storywise too

Really well told story though. I mean the Resi series story is pretty convulted and is more than a little rubbish but it's so well told that you look past it.

Excellent episode, I thought.

Though for anyone who hasn't played the previous games before RE5 and would still like to play them, it'll spoil the whole lot for you.
