Tommy took 5, ate 2 and put the other 3 back in the cupboard. No mice, no out of date pies….

Yes, the woman started drinking at 6pm, she didn't need to have a piss and wasn't sick either…

Meeting at 5.30. Chap 1 turned up 10 minutes late after 5.30pm, chap 2 turned up 20 minutes late after 5.30pm

Ahh so she was flashing a bit of leg as well as cleavage if she got served straight away. Sounds like just my type. The fact that she can drink all that without pissing and puking just seals the deal.

Teenagers get too much bad press. No-one ever runs the headline 'Nations kids get smarter' or 'Teachers do better job than 10 years ago' instead of 'exams are teh simples' do they?

This is rather old news. I did IGCSEs and that was almost 4 years ago now. Some of my mates went to extremely good schools back in England such as Dulwich and have them too and they're all older than me.

I did regular GCSEs at my school and I remember the 'holding back' approach we had to take so we didn't piss off the examiner. Pain it the arse it was.

There would be fewer beliefs about the GCSE's if the media didn't always choose to give the easiest questions off of the foundation tier as the examples for "how easy" the exams are.

They're not too easy when you're that age.

Do they just not want their pupils to do well?

I take it those three question aren't from a GCSE paper?

Aye. They aren't tremendously difficult for me, but then, I'm pretty bright. Plenty of kids who really, genuinely aren't "thick" in the slightest find them very hard, and are really putting their all in to get Bs.

Whilst the questions may not have gotten easier, the examination methods have changed to favour the students.

Whereas older folk will have sat two Maths exams at the end of year 11 or 10 depending on your school, they now spread them out into loads of modular exams, so when you go into the exam hall, you know that every question on the paper is going to be about probability or whatever the particular sub-subject is, which means a meagre amount of revision can have you completely prepared for everything the exam may throw at you. And the exams only have about 4 questions. They've also dropped Maths coursework.

I think the things that they're taught are still the same, but the way in which they're assessed has been heavily weighted in favour of the students.

I sit 3/4 modules and 2 massive exams and the modules are just done by difficulty
