I have to setup my PSVR (too many wires to leave out all the time) but despite the reviews I do want to give this a go.

It's really not worth the time it takes to download it.

I like watching the nature documentaries I have on Blue Ray on VR and the odd film now and again but the big drawback for me (this may just me me being a greedy bastard who loves coke) is that wearing a VR hat makes having a drink now and then a real chore and I get drift which makes it so I have to recenter the screen every 5 minutes or so which is also less than ideal.

Other than that the cinema mode is excellent and as a side benefit I can take my ps4 down to my nans and only have to take the VR unit and not the big TV.

Peter Crisp, do you love coke or Coke? Probably best not to try either when using VR.

I meant the drink not the drug.
I also like cake and eating cake while in VR is less than ideal.

Life is just so, so hard  .

You may laugh but one young kiddie on Cake cried all the water out of his body. Just imagine how his mother felt. It's a strawberry floating disgrace

Its completely off topic but if you're Chris Morris, how do you top that? He made possibly the greatest tv ever.

All these shooter games look so on-rails and restrictive - is it like that to actually play them?

Which shooter games are you talking about?

Farpoint is a linear shooter, but its not on rails, neither is Arizona Sunshine (just bought it not tried it yet).

I played Arizona Sunshine in 2015 on HTC Steam VR - it was fun. The 5 minutes I played was effectively a shooting gallery. I pointed one way to shoot the zombies, I turned the other way and got surprised to see some rushing forward at me. That was my first time using VR so it was pretty intense!
