Talk of what's happening in the world of Oculus or VIVE hardware may have a bearing on PSVR and vice-versa. Three separate platforms that share a common goal of establishing VR as an immersive gaming and entertainment platform.
It might be worth having a general VR Chat thread (Or changing this one into that) as I only ever see the PSVR thread showing up anyway.
Yes please, every time I try to talk about it in the vive/oculus thread nobody ever engages so I stopped bothering
Alright. So the option is to switch this to an all-platform VR thread. If any members want to keep this PSVR dedicated do say, and I will speak to a mod to see if there's any objections.

Yup +1 for changing to an all-purpose VR thread.
There's a couple of good Cross-platform games as well so it might make getting groups together for things easier, though we'll have to work out how we'd voice chat.

It's been an interesting journey. Since the rumours of real usable VR platforms emerged back in 2012 to the reveal of Project Morpheus in March 2014. VR is actually here and it really works. Okay, so it's not perfect! But when you put your PSVR headset on it takes you to another place and this is only gen 1 hardware - just imagine what is to come.
Sony have done great in taking this concept of VR and trying to help establish it as a new platform even though the profits are not guaranteed and I'm grateful for this. It's now the biggest VR platform and with discounted pricing I would recommend you give it a try.
