My sentiments exactly. Just a short 1 minute flight in the Batwing flying low near traffic, past buildings and over water could have been amazing! But the game has demoed the potential of VR well. Enough of these 'experiences' I now want a full game in VR!

Loving Resident Evil 7 on this, it's like having my very own real haunted house.

I'm constantly finding myself looking at little details like the wallpaper, incredibly immersive.

My headset arrived today from Shopto, first impressions...wow! The Star Wars VR mission is unbelievable. Only small gripe at the minute is that it can sometimes be a bit blurry...I've done the calibration etc but no real difference. Amy tips?

When you do the eye distance measurement, purposefully make it lower than it actually is by about 5mm, seemed to help me.
Also try adjusting the position of the headset. Even a tiny adjustment up and down can make a massive difference.
Also be sure to twist the dial on the back to tighten it up so the headset isn't loose. Remember if you tighten it too much you can just press the button on the back and it releases it.

Cheers - will give that a bash. The Batman stuff is awesome as well!

If you aren't playing Batman with move controllers, get some move controllers. They massively enhance the experience.

I had a go at a friends house on it and enjoyed it to the point where I'll definitely pick it up when I finally get a headset. I only played free flight mode but it seemed a fairly slim package. Looked ok, little bit low res but very smooth.

As manufactured units are limited and it is regularly out of stock (See Amazon) I don't think Sony have any need to cut the price. If demand drops the earliest I see a price cut is just before Christmas.

No worries! I got confused because you said 'I'll definitely pick it up when I finally get a headset.'

Quick one - what are you guys using to clean the PSVR lenses? I'm just using the cloth that came with it but don't think it's doing much other than moving the smudges about...anyone using a non-alcohol based lens cleaner?

I picked up a headset at the weekend and have been having a bit of a play around with it. Really impressed initially, even on things like YouTube 360. Haven't really done much though, tinkered with the ocean one on Virtual Worlds, played some Eve Valkyrie, Tethered demo, Driveclub demo. At this point I've got Virtual Worlds, Star Wars Battlefront and have borrowed Eve Valkyrie. My main concern is just diving in and buying everything, particularly digital and then not being able to trade in. Definitely want to get Eagle Flight at some point. Has anyone purchased Tethered? Had a go with the demo and was quite struck with it. Gave me huge Black and White vibes (which would be fantastic in VR). Is there much content to make it worth £25?

Tethered is reduced on the store from today (down to £19), I guess to take advantage of the patch including Move and Pro support. Definitely tempted, had some good reviews and the demo was excellent.

As far as I'm concerned there are 3 or 4 'must play' experiences on PSVR at the moment.

Rez Infinite - Insanely good, could have been made for PSVR.
Thumper - Immerses you fully in its insane rhythm violence gameplay and world, completely otherworldly in VR. Very, very good.
Star Wars Battlefront VR mission - Free with a copy of Battlefront, it'll only take 15-20 minute to complete, but if you have a PSVR and haven't got this you are missing out.
Resident Evil 7 - The first full, new, classically controlled, story based game to completely embrace VR in its entirety, this is what PSVR is for.

Not that there aren't other good experiences out there, but those ones in my experience are what make PSVR a success at the moment.

Question from the uninitiated - is Resi 7 as easy to play in VR as it is normally?
