I'm currently frothing at the mouth over a good condition copy of Robotron 64 sitting with a BIN of £9.99 - from my research the game usually goes for £15-25. Hopefully it'll still be there when the first part of my pay goes in tomorrow.

Buy now, pay tomorrow.

Dreamcast has arrived :toot:

It's in relatively good shape, needs a clean but I'm happy. Also didn't realise that Shenmue comes in two cases, thought I'd been given it twice for a minute

Pics to follow at some point during the weekend, but in the Weekender thread.

Don't you have to pay immediately with BIN on eBay?

Depends on the buyer. I personally prefer to, though.

There is nothing wrong with not paying immediately. Most sellers are fine with payment within 48 hours.

I thought I'd have another crack at recording some gameplay from Fusion and posting it to YouTube and thankfully it didn't come out looking like gooseberry fool this time :D

I've always been impressed by the MS Sonic games... considering the tech differences with the Mega Drive, the MS versions were pretty smart!

It's great that since they knew the MS couldn't handle a port of an MD game they didn't try and do a port but made an entirely original game instead. MS is a pretty underrated system these days I think.

Are you a fan of Street Fighter II? Have you ever thought that your legs would look way better if they were clad in fighting-related denim?

Hadouken! Your dream has come true. Naked & Famous Denim* are to launch some Street Fighter-themed jeans later this year!

Which Street Fighter character would you like to have pictures of on your legs?

* I am not nearly cool enough to know if this is a fashionable brand or not. Obvs.

I'm not sure whether that penny whistle glissando when Sonic spins on the MS is infuriating or brilliant.

I'd heard that was worth playing but the port of the sequel was a bit gooseberry fool.

Does anyone know what the going rate for an NES is? Decent condition with all the cables, etc. Looking to get one but don't want to get ripped off.

Looking at recent "sold" prices on eBay, Lotus, pricing appears to be in the £35/£40 range for the console with cables and controller. You could pay a lot more for excellent condition or a boxed version, though.

Hmm, thanks jawa. I saw one that looked decent and there was like 2 minutes left on the auction...was very tempted but it was £65 and it struck me as a bit high. Will have a better look. Still on the hunt for a decent CRT TV as well. Working towards that ideal retro setup. :datass:

Every time I hear the Jaguar mentioned all I can think of is AVGN's review of it. And that tacky spinning cube during start-up. :dread:

What games do you have for it apart from Bubsy?

I love it! The fierce growl for Jaguar, followed by plinky plonk happy music for Atari. Brilliant.

Was there owt on Jaguar worth playing other than Alien vs. Predator?

I remember GAME flogging their stock off for peanuts years ago but they go for a hefty price now.
