Good thinking. It's life destroying stuff. My most played game of 2008. Best 6 quid you'll ever spend on gaming.

So, so true Stagguh. Add me to friends list as I have a couple of scores higher than you - King & Waves.

I'l do it as soon as I get home. I hate King, but Waves is my favourite mode out of the lot (It's sooo satisfying just to push your score up by half a million) and now I'll have a new excuse to play it again.

Waves > Evolved > Deadline > Pacifism > Cake > Sequence > Death > King.

Give me until next Friday when my exam is done and I'll hit 50 for you. ;)

Yeah well that was hardly a perfect run, I'll probably play some more, you might be looking at a higher target by the time you get to play.

I ended up buying it yesterday, and I'm loving it so far.

I'm not a huge fan of deadline (and awful at it, too). Any hints??

However, King, Waves, Sequence and Pacifism are hugely enjoyable, and I'm becoming addicted to them. Evolved is good, too.

whilst I'm nowhere near an expert, I find the following technique regularly gets me 6mill+:

collect as many geoms as you can right from the off until the 1st gate appears then use the gate to bounce score as gate kills are 5x your normal multiplier. Thereafter it's a case of using your bombs when there are loads on enemies on screen and you can get rid of them to get their geoms, all the time trying to either bounce kill off a gate or drive through a gate to get the increased multiplier.

Gravity wells - try & keep them active as long as you can - this can easily get you 1/2 mill when they explode later on.

If you die in the first minute, restart.
Aim for 600k+ in 1st min, 2.5-3mill after 2 mins and you should get at least 6 mill by the end of the last minute. if you manage to stay alive in the last 60 secs you should easily get 4-5 mill in that last 60 secs.

Good luck

Also, actual geometry plays a disappointingly small role.
