I wonder if they'll spread his ashes on Hampstead Heath.

At this rate, I'm tempted to put £10 on:
  • David Jason
  • 28th December
  • Stroke

Probably because I'm drunk I'm finding this much funnier than it probably is.

No, no. Maybe it was the other George Michael, you know, the singer-songwriter.

I've just realised there's going to be a huge campaign to get Last Christmas to number one next year. Or Simon Cowell will get a bunch of reality show rejects to do a charity single version of it. Ugh

Just proves that the government was very, very wrong. It seems IT IS bad for your health to suck strange cock in public toilets.

He lived for 18 years after his famous toilet incident. I think that shows IT IS great for your health.

Last Christmas, I gave you my cock
But the very next day, you took it away

An all time classic.

Yes, my sister told me today that she had read he had given a lot of money to Childline but asked for his involvement to be kept secret. Clearly he was troubled, but beyond all of his lewd personal happenings, he seems a very decent, charitable guy. A real shame this wasn't public knowledge before he died.

Some lovely stories coming out about how George Michael used to give money away to people in need. If he saw someone on tv who was raising money for an operation he would pay for it, if he heard about a single mother struggling at Christmas he would give them money, if he was at a restaurant and the waitress said she was training to be a nurse then he would clear her student debt. He also volunteered at a homeless shelter and didn't want anyone to know.

So he donated all the proceeds from some of his most famous songs to charity, and was still able to chuck a load of money to good causes. Looks like we lost a goodun...

I've always felt that if I was super wealthy that I would like to go around give money to individual stories and situations rather than just chucking money at a charity. It's nice to know that George did this kind of thing. I would want to set up a charity who's aim was to seek out people that needed Money he for something rather than an organisation that people applied to for money. Like when you hear about someone needing £100k to go to America for treatment or a burglary at Christmas and all their children's present being stolen.
