By creating an Austrian PSN account

Austria and the Playstation Network Account Registration for Wipeout HD and the campaign will get a free download code. March 16 and April 18 to people who have registered during the day, April 18 distribution of the code they would be held after the Sunday

how do you do this? Register an account with your PS3 to an austrian address? Anybody had this actually work?

Even if I knew how to do this, I don't think I would. If I got the game for free I'd feel obliged to post Studio Liverpool £12 or however much it was, because this game is so terrific.
