Just posting to say that I was here when something amazing happened. If nothing amazing happens, then I'm posting to show a lack of interest.

The pictures are intentionally massive.

So, I just picked up a shiny matte new Xbox 360, as I have once again succumbed to the Halo hype machine. Got one of thum thar slimline ones with the 4GB hard drive.

strawberry floatin' A. Got 6 sweet games with it too.

Fancied playing through ODST before I got Reach, because I hadn't played it before.
Image

Thinking I might ask for some co-op help from some buddies, but gooseberry fool, I gotta pay extra for that, don't I? Guess I'll pick up Reach as well while I'm out, seeing as we should BREEZE through ODST if we're playing co-op, right?

So, I've paid to play with my friends. Wait, where the strawberry float is my headset?

None included. Awesome. At least I've got a ton of USB headsets lying around. This thing has loads of USB ports.

BUT NO, I have to use proprietary strawberry floating equipment. Really Microsoft? REALLY? In two thousand and goddamn ten? I gotta pay extra now to TALK to my friends? On TOP of the tax I just gave you to play with them? What the actual balls?

strawberry float it. strawberry float you bleeding my wallet dry. I'll play in silence. We'll just play the co-op that I JUST strawberry floating PAID FOR TWICE without being able to actually co-ordinate.

Or you could plug in a headset via the 3.5mm jack on your controller. Like it was intended. :|

While I wait for those massive images to load, I'd advise everyone hold CTRL and Scroll Down to zoom the page out so you can view the images properly.

And to make things worse, you appear to live in a 1970s brothel.

Man fails to research purchase properly, feels buyers remorse.

Also fails to resize photos, claims it's intentional.

Earlier today I thought about creating a thread to see who would be the first Reach RROD casualty.

You'll be needing a hard drive won't you to play co-op online? which I found out today, so went back out and bought one, or is there a way around it?

Should have got the proper console and not the cheap version

You get what you pay for, unless you pay £425 for a PS3.

The 4GB comes with a Hard Drive already, don't think that's the problem. Still going for the RROD.
