I was going to come in and say this is the reason they removed the port, but Keizer already has.

Man this is an oldish problem. How was it resolved?

Finally managed to find a longer pin and got it out.

Looks a mess now though, might call O2 tomorrow to say I dropped it in water, if they cover me then I'll just break it n get a new one...
