I'm sure it'll be an entertaining spectacle, but it's not a fight that anyone is especially bothered about. It's got Joshua by Unanimous Decision all over it.

Yeah I'll happily watch it as it may turn into a heavyweight slug fest but Joshua should win.

I'm assuming his team think it will be a shame stop gap with a big pay day before he fights the winner of usyk and fury.

Personally I would like to see parker get a shot at usyk if he beat fury though.

Parker has one elite win in his career against what looked like a shot Wilder and multiple notable losses, no way he deserves a shot at Usyk.

I think Usyk retires after Fury x2. We may well get AJ vs Fury after those if it shapes up nicely.

Aj probably faces Hrgovic after Ngannou as the IBF belt will be on the line after the first Fury fight.

AJ is getting played by Hearn here. If Ngannou connects with AJ in any way, it's going to be over.

Iirc their mandatory challenger was already up (Hrgovic) but they let it temporarily slide in order to avoid holding up undisputed.

Think I said it a while back, but AJ's not in it for the sport now and hasn't been since getting dumped by Ruiz. All he's interested in now is the Saudi blood money.

Wallin was an ex-sparring partner so AJ knew very well what he brought to the party - not much. Classic flat track bully who has only ever fought cans and near-end career fighters - the caveat there is that there isn't much else in the heavyweight division.

I also think Ngannou's element of surprise is gone now. AJ has great boxing skills; he should be able to jab/1-2 his way to a relatively easy UD win.

Sorry, I was referring to AJ as the flat track bully. As for Ngannou, I think he will have more to offer against AJ than he did against Fury. A good toe-to-toe fight would be great but I think that favours Ngannou all day.

Man, I rewatched Usyk 2 the other day - AJ is massively underrated as a boxer. I'd argue he has elite skills. He was matching Usyk until his cardio (comparatively) gave out in the latter rounds.

It's interesting as Ngannou will have learned from the Fury fight - there can't be many better teachers than 10 rounds with the #1 - but I think AJ's skillset matches better than Fury's. Aj doesn't rely on the clinch which is where Ngannou is exceptional. Nothing suggests to me that Ngannou will be able to intelligently work his way inside which is where he'll need to be as he doesn't have the technique to match AJ's piston jab.

Then again I thought Fury would toy with Ngannou beforehand so strawberry float do I know.

I think if it gets made in the very near future, Beterbiev beats Bivol. Bivol showed his lack of power v a British level fighter in Arthur. Beter can walk through those shots.

Got what I expected from Smith. Dunno how people were picking him- you couldn't watch the Ryder or Canelo fights and expect a win.

I think Yarde's athleticism matches better against Beter than Smith's long range/shell up approach.

Tyson Fury's undisputed heavyweight title fight against Oleksandr Usyk has been postponed after the Briton sustained a "freak" cut in training.

Fury, 35, was cut in sparring at his training camp in Saudi Arabia on Friday in preparation for the bout on 17 February in Riyadh.

The injury above Fury's right eye needed "urgent medical attention" and "significant stitching".
