Sometimes you come across a product that is just so unbelievably awesome that you just want to shout about it to all and sundry. So, here's the place to do it. Is there something you own that you just couldn't live without or have you bought something recently that is just the pinnacle of that particular thing? Would you recommend it?

I thought it might be useful to have a place where absolutely everything that is linked to is (in your opinion) all kinds of fantastic.

So to kick off, I'm going with something completely unsuited to the current weather but is definitely something you can't live without. Slippers. I bought these recently from Amazon and they are the best fitting, most comfortable slippers I've ever had (it even says so in the link).

So GR, what do you think everyone should really own?

You'll be too busy staring at my cock to notice I'm not wearing slippers.

I am keen on those, Rex... but Faceman's feedback has made me cautious!

I like to think that I support people doing what they want (if legal, or private, and not idiotic) but - it has to be said - People that wear shoes around their home :dread: .

You've opened a can of worms as to what you should/shouldn't wear on your feet in your own home.

Seriously people, put your slippers in the fridge (next to the toilet roll) for that proper cold foot feeling.

After dragging this off topic, I feel bad and so will make a recommendation.

My little lad loves opening up cupboards and it is a massive pain the ass when he is pulling things out and getting hold of things he shouldn't.

I bought some baby locks for the cupboard doors and stopped the little swine in his tracks.

My sister used those cupboard locks when my nephews where young - they worked a treat!

Plug socket covers are equally useful, when my brother was around 3 or 4 he came close to electrocuting himself by attempting to stick a screwdriver into a wall socket, luckily my dad managed to stop him.

I don't know how people cope with small children. :dread:

We've got loads of those, but I can't recommend any as I have no idea where they came from (the Mrs sorted them out!).

What a great idea for a thread. My contribution is Lidl's aluminium foil, this stuff is really thick so if you ever need to wrap a sausage roll or make a hat, this stuff is the most hard wearing.

As long as you leave it a couple of weeks to allow them to fall to pieces.

BTW, my pair look pristine after well over a month. And that's including having to wash them because one of the cats puked in it.
