Any rule where GM has to post his predictions before the rest of us (primarily me) so that the winner isn't a foregone conclusion before Wrestlemania even starts?

Nope. Only the current champion has to do that.
I should note that the deadline for everyone but CC is 10:30pm. Forgot it starts earlier and the pre-show even earlier than that.
