The memberlist shows that Garth first registered here on Friday, 15 August 2008. Thus, the forum was born. How do you think the first 10 days has gone so far?

Quite frankly, I'm astounded at how quickly the forum grew, and it has, in ten short days, become just as active and healthy as GR ever was. Make no mistake, this place is one hell of an achievement, and it shows as well as anything ever could how well people can come together in times of adversity.

Bravo to all involved. We are forever in your debt.

Yeah, it's great - the transition's been seamless, and it feels like a home from home. I'm mildly concerned about how we'll get new members, but I'm sure it'll be fine.

Let's just not scare anyone off this time.

I was expecting it to be like one of the other GR spin offs. But I was wrong. Very wrong.

To be honest it was rare that any new members whose posts were legible stuck around for any decent period of time.

The new member thing, I had an idea in 'The Forum' that if the 3 main websites had a link to this place as none of them have it yet. I'm sure D+Pad can drum up some new blood

As for '10 days' on, it just feels like home.

I thought that was the whole idea. It does seem to be very one-way at the moment. (Though D-Pad does have a link, the other two don't appear to.)

It's a shame he was set up the way he was. He was completely harmless, and I actually started to look forward to his Silly Sunday Question. He did no-one any harm, and never broke any rules, but was ousted because he didn't conform.

It really does feel like GR but with added bonuses.

We do need to get new members though and maybe increase the avatar limit a little (screw you Keep-it-the-samers).

As soon as we've sorted out new hosting and a new site for PSO we'll carry a link to this place.
