Second one was a coffee beer. Very thick and slow drinking. Was a different taste to what I'm use to with beer. I'm unsure if I'd drink it again or not but enjoyed it.Image

Purity Pure Gold.

Very mellow, super easy to drink and a very light flavour. No bizarre flavours to pick out, but a nice uncomplicated beer.

Third beer is up. Was a weird taste to start with but I think that's because of the coffee beer before hand. Very refreshing and light tasting beer, this one I'd definitely have again.Image

Nothing I could say about this beer would do it justice, it was lovely, will definitely be buying more.

Also, am I the only one drinking their beers tonight?Image

The one man crusade continues. This beer I had no hope for, I honestly thought the can would be the best thing about it but wow it was the best beer of the lot. I'd advise you all to try it. I know the reviews are getting worse but I usually drink Coors which is about 4% so leave me aloneImage

After the last couple of beers this one is a bit of let down. Nothing special about it and nothing bad about it, pretty much taking a 5/10 home no-one cares.Image

Here's the final drink of the evening. Another drink you could sit with all night but not something you would be proud of taking home.Image

lol I like how even the last pic was blurry, signalling the decline in function.

I did have a second one myself last night,

Purity Lawless 'Lagered beer with a hopload of attitude'

I usually find heavily hopped beers a bit too much of an assault on the mouth with shitloads of excited flavours but this was surprisingly mellow. You can taste the hops but its much more pleasant to drink for me. Smooth lager with the extra pops of flavour. I had gone off really hopped stuff because of the tastes but I think Ill try again having tasted this.

The can feels nice too(???)

Verdant Brewing: Pulp

Really bitter double IPA really big fruit flavours that hide the 8% booze really well.

Very nice!

Firestone Walker / Beaverton : West Side Beavo

Not bad, seems more of a general larger than a hopped or special one.

Falsey, they just arrived. My god you went waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overboard man. I feel so guilty! I'll post some pics as I drink them (will take me a while though!) as for now I need to find somewhere to store all of this. <3

Glad they finally got there. I paid for the 'overnight' delivery and for ages now the delivery tracker has just shown them scanning it in at the depot every morning and doing nothing with them???

When the guy showed up he said (once again) he had trouble finding my address, but parked further up the road and came walking to find me. Honestly my address isn't that cryptic. I think the name throws people off.

First one I tried last night was the Jack Ratt scrumpy cider. I can't really rate it, but I've never really had cider like it before. It was smooth and the taste was very nice so I can't complain! I think that's the first Scrumpy cider I've ever had and it was pretty nice.

Would drink more if I saw some.

The plan was to get you a load of stuff that covers every base. You said you wanted ciders and I figured you were fairly new to the whole scene so I tried to get you a sample of all the different processes and tastes you can get. I think it goes from real scrumpies to regular vanilla stuff in the supermarket with the spaces inbetween covered.

Hopefully it will help you narrow in on what is really your jam.
