Clear sign you're a wrong-un if you don't like black pudding.

I love black pudding, it's one of the nicest types of food ever.

I think you misunderstood my comment, I am aware of what is in both products, I simply don't like the taste of black pudding. I'm certainly not put off by the content, to use your example in the other thread I always have my steak cooked rare.

So far 5 people have voted against black pudding.

Can we get Karl to ban them?

This conversation once came up at work and a girl I used to work with tried to convince me that nobody actually liked black pudding and I was just conditioned into eating it by my parents.

Why would you go back to something you've vomited all over just from looking at it?

Love it.

English Black pudding is gooseberry fool though. Shame that Burys have the stranglehold on black pudding sold in supermarkets.

Scottish Stornoway Black Pudding is the best on the planet.

strawberry float I want some right now.

I love black pudding especially when it’s nice and crispy!
Really like Bury’s, M&S and Waitrose own brand ones are great too.
Not a fan of the Real Lancashire ones which you find in Tesco sometimes. It falls to pieces and tastes very bland. There are quite a few that taste like this very corny and falls to bits.

How so?

Talking of the Scottish ones, I am not sure if I have tried it but was staying in a Hilton hotel in Glasgow and the black pudding they served was very bland. I could tell it was high quality but it didn't seem to have that meat taste you get in Bury's. It was very corny, maybe too high a proportion of oatmeal and not enough pigs blood mixed in.
