I quite like the idea of that  .

For me, it's turkey, roast potatoes, gravy, peas and Brussels sprouts  .

Even better, on boxing day take any of the leftover meats, gravy, stuffing and pigs - put it all into a shortcrust pie and serve with port.

In strawberry floating credible

Is ham not a usual Christmas dinner thing, then? We always do a massive roasted joint with the weird little cherries on cocktail sticks. Then we basically survive off the leftovers for the remainder of the christmas break :shifty:

As things currently stand, the ideal Christmas dinner for GRcadians is Turkey with Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets, Roast Potatoes and Gravy.

GRcade hates veg. I am shocked though that nobody went for the traditional Christmas cauliflower.

I'm not a big fan of turkey so I would say it's non-essential as basically any other roast meat is better. My essentials are:

Roast potatoes
Gravy
Brussels
Carrots
Yorkshire puddings

If you've got a problem with that you can go strawberry float yourselves.

Turket wasn't the only option for meat and you have basically made a vegetarian Christmas dinner.

Do you know who hated vegetarians? Jesus did. He strawberry floating hated them. And you just ruined his birthday.

I voted Turkey, Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets, Roast Potatoes, Gravy and was delighted to see GRcade had also selected the correct options.

A Christmas dinner with no veg or Yorkshire pudding would still be okay. Not optimal, but fine. A Christmas dinner without the above would be unthinkable.
