The other factions are a joke - one hemorrhaging members and the other taking in all the riff-raff.

There've even been suggestions of a sort of coalition (of losers).

Why anyone would consider joining them is beyond me.

Is Mocky a Beeble? Or is this a confederation of factions with Mocky as president? Even if that were the case why doesn't the Beeble membership have a say in who joins and who doesn't?

Iron Fist has no leader as far as I'm aware.

Iron Fist has no leader as far as I'm aware.

Then you should have an election. The trouble is that you have no constitution. This is because your faction originated as an arbitrary creation of Mockmaster. IMO The first thing you need to do is break away from his divisive influence.

...otherwise what is Iron Fist other than a list of names?
