Yeah that was satisfying as strawberry float

"UFC has informed Germaine de Randamie and her management team that she is being removed as the women's featherweight champion due to her unwillingness to fight the No. 1 ranked contender, Cris 'Cyborg' Justino," UFC said in a statement. "UFC maintains that any champion is expected to accept fights against the top contenders in their respective weight classes in order to maintain the integrity of the sport."

The most amazing thing about this is that TJ was a massive underdog in this fight. Everyone expected Barao to absolutely demolish him

It's just depressing watching guys in their 40s getting KO'd.

Bellator was just

So much carny gooseberry fool. Even better than the double KO was this moment of strawberry floating comedy in the Chandler fight

Seriously that, the double KO, Chael wrestlefucking Wandy for 3 rounds, and hearing Mauro Ranallo call fights by Fedor & Wand, it was a magical evening of bad mma

Both George Foreman and Randy Couture were world champions in their 50's right?

Couture was in his 40s, not sure about Foreman.

He was in his 40's too actually. He became champ again at 45 at retired at 48, I always thought they were older.

Gutted Fedor lost, but that double knock down was great ha. I think he should retire for his health. But he wants to fight again... mad man.

I don't see the problem - so what if guys are past their prime? It's not like you should reach 40 then say, well that's it I should stop doing what I love because it's a sport.

I don't care if guys in their 70's want to box or do UFC. Fair enough I might not watch that but if they want to do it in appropriate leagues, cool, and if they can hang with younger guys, cool.

No way this freakshow happens in the UK :shifty:

Steve Collins is a slob who can't even spar without collapsing in the ring, Benn will kill him.

Benn and Collins are in their 50's. Decades past their best. No one wants this fight, no one asked for it, but some scumbags are going to sanction a fight where the combined age of the fighters is over 100, just to make some money off guys who are probably already a bit punch drunk but strawberry float it, let these old dudes go out and give each other brain damage or potentially die right? Tim Means was killed in a boxing match only a few weeks ago, and he was probably 15 years younger than these old strawberry floaters. I mean if they're dumb enough to sign up for it then it's their own fault, but if you're a fan of combat sports you absolutely should have a problem with old men giving each other more brain damage for a payday.
