Pacquiao weighed in at a trim 138 pounds and Hatton weighed in on the dot at 140 pounds. Some seem to think Hatton looks weight-drained, but I'm not sure I agree judging by how he has looked in past weigh-ins. He always looks a little skeletal. There have also been rumours that there has been tension in the Hatton camp between Mayweather Sr and Lee Beard (Hatton's longtime assistant trainer) - starting in the Phillipines I must add though. Not sure I put much stock behind these rumours and even if there is a hint of truth, it's well known that training camps nearly always have some tension due to the stress.

My prediction again (but embellished): Pacquiao on points. Hatton to look reasonably decent in the first half of the fight, using his jab to some effect and pinning Pacquiao against the ropes at times. The scorecards will be relatively even after 6. Pacquiao, now into a rhythm will start to run away on the cards though, increasingly frustrating Hatton and landing some nice combinations. Hatton to survive, despite being in trouble at some point. Pacquiao wins by around four to five points.

Both fighters looked great at the weigh in. Oh man I can't wait for this, Fight Night!!!!

Even if the main event lasts 30 seconds you'll still have gotten your moneys worth. The Froch fight is on again tonight too on itv4 right now.

I'm a casual boxing fan so most of those names mean nothing to me but I'm hoping for some good bouts and hopefully come away remembering some.

Normally I would think £14 is a waste of money but for the amount fo matches your getting, it's not all that bad. You ordering the fight then, Rog? Or watching it on the ol' interweb?

In a thunder-stealing move Mayweather has announced his return to the ring.

Floyd Mayweather Jr has agreed to step out of retirement and fight lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez.
Mayweather Jr has not fought since beating Briton Ricky Hatton in their December 2007 welterweight bout.
But the undefeated five-division champion will return to fight Mexico's three-weight champion Marquez in July.
News of the contest comes on the day of Hatton's fight with Manny Pacquiao, and Mayweather is already being linked with a match against the winner of the bout.
Hatton takes on Pacquiao - currently regarded as the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world - for the light-welterweight championship belt at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Should Hatton shrug off his underdog tag and defeat the Filipino boxer, and if Mayweather overcomes the 35-year-old Marquez in July, a rematch of their 2007 fight in Las Vegas is sure to be on the cards.
Mayweather stopped Hatton in the 10th round on that occasion, confirming his tag as the best pound-for-pound boxer at that time.
A rematch could generate even more interest given Mayweather's father, Floyd Mayweather Sr, has pledged to continue to train Hatton against his son.
