Hah really, I didn't realise any of that dunno if that makes him cooler, like some sort of terrible B movie plot.

But yeah I watched it the other day, can't honestly say I knew what was happening on the ground half the time but he pulled off some baller moves.

That's cool, pretty cheesy but good on them, was totally hoping the video would end with a rematch against the bully will check out some more of his stuff later

I know there was a lot of negative press around things like the Gracie University too but they do generally seem like a cool as family.

Assume you've seen this one too but just watched it through and thought it was brilliant, Gracie's control of balance and the way he nudges the NFL guy round is amazing to watch.

A few good fights last night. The size difference in the Hamilton-Fortuna fight.

Apparently Ryan Bader is off to Bellator since the UFC aren't matching the contract they offered him.

Shame the Fedor-Mitrione fight got cancelled last-minute, was actually looking forward to seeing that. Will happen at a later date though apparently. Take it nobody watched 208 either (you didn't miss anything).

Apparently GSP who has now resigned with the UFC is considering 155lbs. I think this would be fun because I think if GSP doesn't succumb to ring rust because he'll definitely be in shape, he could ruin Conors world. We're talking about GSP who has some of the best takedowns and ground control of any welterweight. If he fights smart and not try to stand and trade, I believe GSP would wreck Conor on the ground, literally elbow his face in to the octagon canvas.

I'm a huge GSP fanboy, but I don't really agree with this fight. I can kinda see this happening though (or at least the UFC wanting this to happen):

GSP wins
Bisping retires having got his big payday
GSP fights winner of Woodley/Thomson
GSP wins and holds two belts
GSP vs McGregor booked as Double Champ vs Double Champ

I'm glad to see GSP back as he was the first fighter I really followed in the UFC but I don't think he'll be nearly the same fighter he was. Wasn't it PTSD or something that caused his long lay-off as well as physical injuries? I can see him getting past an ageing Bisping but falling at the next hurdle.

I think it was a combination of things; some injury hangover, frustration at the doping policy, general feeling of needing a break, etc. I think he's said though that if he comes back it will be for 'big' fights, not to go on title runs, so if he wins the MW belt I don't think he's looking to defend it (which is why I don't agree with this fight).

woodley would have been a better fight.

Wold have rather seen Bisping vs Romero.
