Very good fight. Urge you all to check that out. Brooks corner stopped the fight. Brooks not happy but his eye looked strawberry floated.

To jump up two weights and fight Golovkin is extremely brave. Brook actually looked really good he just didn't have the power. Great fighter though.

I think it's stupid rather than brave.

Amir Khan and Kel Brook seemed to have the excuses ready before the fight. Maybe they should fight each other rather than taking silly fights.

It doesn't work like that, sure this fight was a long shot but he's probably had one of his biggest paydays and introduced himself to a wider audience.

Yeah indeed. This fight was by far brooks biggest pay day. He's been after a fight with Khan for sometime but Khan doesn't seem to want it.

There wasn't a single good fight on the card but they were somehow still incredibly fun

Punk looks too old and stiff I think. Probably the years of wrestling daily and racking up injuries haven't helped either. I get that he wanted to give it a go, but he has left it far too late in life to switch to MMA.

Pretty much all the reports from last night as praising punk for getting into the octagon and trying something new with very little background to the sport. Whilst it's interesting to see that positive reaction I bet vince McMahon is fuming as he probably thinks that it's embarrassed wwe.

Werdum is one of the best personalities in the sport. So fortunate to have such a humorous troll in the UFC :lol:

This is a guy who is a top level jujitsu/heavyweight fighter who give no gooseberry fools. I mean he was doing rolling thunder capoeira kicks in that fight. Basically overhead somersault spin/roll kicks to a guy like Travis. Compare that to Overeem who was running away all fight and who's meant to be the most credited striker in the sport.
