It's all redundant because of the way Joshua won, i.e. He won clean. It wasn't stopped because of an injury or a disputed decision by the ref.

Listened on radio 5 live. They had WK ahead all the way through. Sounded an awesome fight

Well done AJ. You just cemented £100m for yourself over the next few years

I don't know why they had him ahead all the way through. Joshua was ahead with every one else until the 6th round.

A few people had Klitschko ahead. Different people looking for different things. Didn't matter in the end Joshua worked up a second wind and Klitschko was holding on.

Like someone else said - how he stayed on his feet after that uppercut is beyond me. Tough, tough bugger. Kudos to Joshua. Really thought he'd gone in the sixth and seventh round. Showed a lot of nous to hang on and just conserve energy. I though Klitschko was just shading it and thought he'd do enough in the last couple of rounds to take it. Instead Joshua came out like a whirlwind for the 11th. Amazing stuff.

Scarecely believable. I watched it again this morning and I think it would have put most fighters down for the count.

Hopefully, given Joshua's record and how close he pushed him, Wladimir has regained any respect he may have lost from the Fury fight. He's definitely one of the toughest heavyweights ever even in spite of dominating an era where the division as whole wasn't particularly strong.

Tremendous fight and congrats to AJ. Can't wait to see who he takes on next.

1,270,000 (peak) watched the fight last night. Sky laughing all the way to the bank for this one. Looking at excess of £20million in terms of gross buyrate, not factoring in pubs etc. I'd imagine it's the most successful PPV in Box Office history.

Is that really the paid figure in the uk? It boggles my mind that that many people paid for it. When u read about one Facebook stream having 30,000 viewers alone, however that could be spread around the world. Also from reading on forums everyone seems to have used a stream. Obviously casual fans who only watch one fight a year will probably just have bought it on ppv. Maybe it does add up.

Based on what I saw last night. A in shape (big if) Fury wipes the floor with AJ.

UFC 213 shaping up to be a decent card...

Garbrandt vs Dillashaw
Lawler vs Cerrone
Overeem vs Werdum
Pettis vs Miller

Feels like a long time since I've bothered watching a UFC fight, but will probably watch Miocic defend his belt next week.

Even the obese version beats Joshua, Fury in his slob state is still light on his feet, faster and slicker than AJ, check his latest traing videos, The Gypsy King is on another level.

Not been in this thread for a while - strawberry floating Joshua, had him for a ko from rounds 4-7. He's the only boxer I keep losing money on, keep underestimating his power. Although not to the extent of SugarCubes who somehow still seems to think AJ's an over-hyped loser.

Maybe Mcgregor's training partner killing someone's pushed him over the edge.

Joshua is a roided up fraud beating up cab drivers and plumbers, but the clown prince was on a different level, that guy was an absolute disgrace who just came to lay down and pick up a $5m payday.

Joshua is just a crap boxer with gooseberry fool footwork, he's been gifted olympic gold and the IBF title. Haye will easily outbox and knock him clean out if the fight happens later this year.

I can't believe how many idiots have been duped / 400-500k SKY box office buys :slol: :fp:

Sounds like GSP vs Bisping is off. Good.

The UFC were wanting the fight for July but GSP doesn't want to fight till November so now they've scrapped it for now and Bisping is finally going to fight Romero.

I watched the Miocic-JDS fight, and I watched Rory MacDonald utterly school Paul Daley, but otherwise haven't been arsed with anything lately.

Perfect time then to see that yet another interim title fight has been booked in the form of Yoel 'Soldier of God' Romero vs Robert Whittaker. Just what we need. :dread:
