Personally I am 100% happy with what I have chosen, previously it would change for me a lot.

I can't remember what I've played this year.

Afterburner Climax was strawberry floating brilliant though, my GOTY for sure.

I'm gutted I have no room for Super Street Fighter IV in my list

I don't remember what games I have played got released this year... :fp:

I would have put Red Dead Redemption on but I haven't really play it a lot to warrant a place on my list.

Some really great games this year. Been hard to narrow it down to those 5.

Bayonetta is a better choice. Definitely not enough Bayonetta all round in fact.

So much stuff I didn't vote for but wanted to. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and Enslaved are the most notable absentees (though the former was out last year in the US and I can't remember whether or not I played it before the turn of the year), and I cheated a bit by putting Yakuza 3 in the Best Fighter category. And Limbo! Bloody hell.

My top ten would be something like this:

5. Pokémon White
6. Trauma Team
7. Deadly Premonition
8. Enslaved: Odyssey to the West
9. Fable III

Some of those wouldn't be on a list where I try to pick what I think are objectively the best games of the year - they're all just personal favourites. And I'm tempted to shift them about and find room for the likes of Limbo, Resonance of Fate and Persona 3 Portable, but for now that's pretty much how I feel.

I still somehow feel Nier should be on there. Although I only gave it a 6/10 for EG (I wavered between 6 and 7, and I think now I'd probably go for the latter mark) it's easily one of the most memorable games I played this year, with a stunning score and a great story. It's just a shame it's so poorly-designed in places and - once or twice - borderline broken.
