So this is the real reason I started trying the pixel art. The Zelda items were just some practice for this.

Doctor Who: A Link To The Past style.

Matt, now this is cool; it's clear that you've put a lot of time and passion into this :toot: . I'm not a massive Doctor Who buff so you'll have to help me out with who's who. I believe that the Doctor actors have been:

Hartnell - Troughton - Pertwee - Baker (T) - Davison - Baker (C) - McCoy - McGann - Eccleston - Tennant - Smith - Capaldi

...but this doesn't quite tie up with your rosta of thirteen characters. Who is the guy between McGann and Eccleston?

I *really* like these. I guess there's not a need to mention this, but... any plans for fridge magnet versions? I'd be interested in Baker (T), Tennant and Smith.

Also... maybe you could branch out into the Doctors' companions? Billie Piper, Karen Gillan and Jenna Coleman? :shifty: .

EDIT: The hats are terrific... stylish and funny  .

 I like how he knew the names "Billie Piper, Karen Gillan and Jenna Coleman" but not one of the most famous British actors.

That said I'd rather like to make a Clara one from her very first ep. :shifty:

Might do some alternate outfits at some point. I much prefer McCoy in his brown look but thought it would work better with the lighter one.

As ever I can send off and print on just about anything.

Is there any sites that have like 'brief a week' or like 'design theme of the day'? I really need to get back into designing regularly.

Inspired by the latest Edge cover and Matt's recent Zelda pixel work, I decided to create a tribute to both:

Long time no post (I've been a bit busy recently)

Really pleased with this though. Got the hang of using masks (pun unintended), so it was really easy to recolour and keep the shading. Going to order a print soon.

I have a painting hanging in the Worthing Museum and Art Gallery as part of the Open 16 show. So for those of you down this part of the country you are invited to come see by me. Also people further away but I know what with being further away its more of a hassle.
