It's ace to see that you're testing things out, dude! Kicking off with the not-so-good... yeah, the business cards haven't really captured the colour and detail of your Dead Sunflower painting; perhaps that piece uses a subtlety of colour and a degree of intricacy that doesn't quite work for the card printing process?

On to the great... man, I love that Midna / Wolf Link magnet and I really like R2D2 as well! The design of those pieces appears to be very well suited to the magnet production process. The Doctor Who ones look excellent, too; I suspect that, for Who fans, these could prove pretty popular. Is the R2 magnet the same size as the others; i.e. it's just turned ninety degrees? I think it is but it's not certainfrom the photo perspective.

As for other ideas... I had another look through your online Who portfolio and I wonder if the Weeping Angels would work really well? In particular, this one with the yellow background? I'd also love to see your take on The Silence - either blue or orange - as a magnet; they would both look incredible!

How are you feeling about this experiment, Matt - do you think you may start selling a few of them? If you did make the magnets available to GRcadians then I'd be up for a few of them; probably Midna / Wolf Link (red), R2D2 (green), Weeping Angel (purple) and The Silence (black).

PS as usual I may have got colours wrong; my eyes and all that  .

So many colours.

I've made them to sell Jawa! So if you wanted some I'd happily sell them to you (or any other GR member). In fact when I was looking at the fridge magnets if I'd felt the big Zelda one worked as a fridge magnet I was going to send them to my fav members as a gift.

I'm probably going to complain about the business cards.

I don't know what you mean. :shifty:

Yesterday when it got really quiet the son of the signing chef was playing Mario Kart 8. At one point he raged quit and was walking about furiously. Good job I didn't challenge him. :slol:

Is it at the same location as last weekend, TWA? More singing and kart rage?

Yes. But no singing this weekend as the chef has to go do a food fair. And I'm not replacing him!

Ah, okay, dude. Did you top up your sales stock after the huge, unrelenting consumer demand you experienced this week?

Had 4 visitors in 2 and half hours. :(

Highlight of the time so far has been introducing my Mario Maker levels to the young lad here. They were a bit too difficult for him. I helped him complete a level no one has ever finish. By doing it for him.

It's the quality that counts, Matt. No doubt they delivered lashings of appreciation for the artwork?

i.e. Wario upping his evil quota for the day by thrashing some young lad at videogaming  .

Well that was a bit crap. Low turn out. Nothing sold. :(

I'm blaming Jawa. Clearly he took my fridge magnets and secretly moved into my territory. :x

Jawa
