Marvel Superhero Squad: 20% Barrel-smashing (and barrel-scraping) kids game.
Crossboard 7: 59% Tacky and charmless design, but it leaves Sonic Riders far behind in its snowy wake.

I've got about 30/40 PS3 discs at this point. Great system.

EDIT: You can't go wrong with the Motorstorm games, Soul Calibur IV, Killzone 2/3. Plus all the series you mentioned. God of War has a few good entries too especially if you can get the HD Collections with the PS2 and then PSP games.

Special notes:

Final Fantasy series
You can almost play every Final Fantasy game on Playstation 4 and later - but PS4/PS5 still lacks Final Fantasy 13 trilogy unless you were to go for expensive tier of Playstation Plus and opt for streaming these games on PS4/5... otherwise you'd either have to decide if you want to get them on PS3 for complete collection on Playstation or play them elsewhere like Xbox(where they updated it so it's at much higher performance) or PC/Steam.

Demon's Souls
If you want original Demon's Souls instead of remake, then you can add that to the list - otherwise with the remake available on Playstation 5 I didn't include it on the list.
