I have an unused UK copy of Soul Silver boxed with the Pokéwalker; I picked it up cheap (£20 iirc) when my local Morrison's sold off their game stuff. I hadn't realised that the demand/price had increased that much!

The last N64 title I bought at full price was Paper Mario in 2001. A few months after that I got Excitebike, Bad Fur Day and Mario Tennis in sales - they were being sold off cheap as the N64 was very much on the way out at that point.

This happened to me the first time I used eBay after I moved. Hadn't updated my address and my redirect had expired.

Had to trawl over there in the evening to pick up from the folks that bought my old house.

Yep, I’ll be doing exactly the same. Have had to contact the neighbour downstairs as she has a key.

I have sent my brother a present before then used the same place to get myself something and accidently sent it to him, its easily done when your buying something excited and don't check all the details, I would hate to admit how many times I have sent stuff to the wrong place fortunately for me always somewhere I have had access to.

Nah we’re on good terms with both our old neighbour and landlord(who was probably the most hands off landlord I’ve ever encountered - “The oven broke so we’re buying a new one and taking the money off next month’s rent” “Yeah no worries”) so it’ll be fine.

Nice, Vermilion! Looks to sell for around £60, going by recent sales on (UK) eBay.

Boxed and VGC Pokemon Crystal is my "slightly different variation of x Pokemon game that's now inexplicably desirable".

I bought 3 copies of Pokemon Sun and 2 copies of Pokemon Moon for £10 each from Argos as they have been selling off stock. I can't imagine them ever being worth a lot but I imagine they'll be worth a bit more than that a few years down the line, and it'll be an interesting experiment regardless!

Sell them and buy more copies of Ocarina of time to not play.

Thanks for that, my store actually had stock AND I want to play sun/moon (supposedly better than Sword/Shield anyway) and my best savings account is an amazing 0.25% interest. So I've just put that in bloody pokemon games instead.

You could try this with Nintendo home consoles - there are decent lists available for the PAL libraries of each console, though the Switch is insanely unruly as it counts all the downloadable games as well. I've quickly compiled the games from Nes to Wii U into a spreadsheet if you fancy starting a topic!

Add the GBA too, I reckon I might be the only one on here with a copy of Pinball of the Dead.

What the strawberry float man, you can count on pokemon games during a pandemic

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pokemon-Crys ... 4319051637?

430 strawberry floating dollars. Of all the games I have that survived (which sadly isn't all of them)... That's one I managed to keep.
