That was probably my favourite bit. Along with the aggressive woman in Pontefract.

They should do a spin off podcast where Barry’s mum spends a weekend in Pontefract with the aggressive lady.

I've started this a few days ago and I'm onto number 6 (I think) at the moment.

I'm loving Barry's self-delusion and constantly thinking he's "won" arguments.

Ian (Ray) has been the warm-up guy for Red Dwarf for years. He finally got an on-screen role - Steve, in the latest episode (M-Corp).

All done. :-(

Barry being confused about being bullied had me laughing so hard "... What you on about? ... ... ... Oh right yeah bullying"

This properly cheered up my past few weeks.

I'm towards the end of series two and I'm getting genuinely worried about how much this show affects Barry. Using Independence Day as proof that the President doesn't know everything about aliens and Roswell. strawberry floating hell.

The bit about being worried predator might think earth is gay made me cry laughing.

Just had the "moon rang like a bell for an hour" bit. Laughed my ass off at that!

Up to episode nine, I really should stop listening to these in bed as I keep missing chunks. The whole "taxi" section was brilliant.

Finished the whole run the other day. I'm glad that's it really, as I feared for the well-being of both Ian and Barry for most of the show. The second series was especially brutal.

Yeah, must have been deleted. It was two months ago, so I can't remember. So I've scrolled back through all his mentions to see if anything reminded me. Because I had to know.

I think it was a video of Ian putting make up on Barry (ahead of filming for the ParaPod movie). Barry's eyes were shut, and Ian moved in close and kissed him. You can imagine his reaction. Well, you'll have to.

Is the film still happening?

Amusement under late capitalism is the prolongation of work.
