The comparison to gervais / pilkington are obvious but I'm enjoying this.

I like how Barry gets the pish taken out of him but always laughs it off and doesn't get annoyed. I should try that myself. :slol:

EDIT: Never mind just got to the fact he's banned from an Erasure fan Forum and Xbox Live. :fp:

Xbox Live is one thing but he should know that you just don’t strawberry float about on Erasure forums. If you post there then you need to have a little respect for the other fans.

It's like going on the kings and lions facebook group and saying you don't like the sexy fire song.

Here’s a MYSTERY (not a coincidence) that Barry would love.

I have listened to loads of the Parapod over the last week and today I have to write a letter to somebody living on Pluckley Road in Kent.

Is Pluckley haunting me because I listened to the Parapod and laughed?

Is Chillingham next? :dread:

Wasn't sold on the extra episodes until they ended up arguing about toothbrushes for ages

I used to live very near Chillingham Road in Newcastle. Coincidence?

Finished the first part of the visit to the haunted house, pretty funny but doesn't translate especially well into an audio format. Would much rather have seen this as a filmed event, just to see Barry's reactions and Ray in his Ghostbusters outfit

Search for "Parapod ghostbusters outfit" and there are plenty of pics around. I actually paused the podcast when listening to that so I could have a look for the pictures.

I keep meaning to watch the video of the Canadian girl in the lift. Has anyone bothered with that yet?

OK, just watched it. It's definitely weird :shifty:

In case you didn't get my joke (I am not sure how much of the podcast you've listened to) "loads" seems to be Barry's catchphrase whenever he is asked a question about numbers.

"How many times has it been seen?"
"Loads"

"How many people have seen it?"
"Loads"

Ah, sorry mate, I wasn't giving you enough credit there. I'm about four episodes in so haven't quite cottoned on to that yet.
