With your volunteering getting very close, I was wondering if I could ask you a favour: I have a volunteer, *name*, who worked with *Volunteering company* last year and she would like to send a donation to sponsor a child at her project. As it is very complicated to send funds from UK to Colombian charity via international banks, the only option is to bring here a cash. It's not going to be a huge amount, probably between £100 and £200, and it can be transfered into your bank account if you agree to help us out.

And also if possible, I would like to ask you to bring to Medellin few letters I might have in London? I used to live there before I moved to Colombia in 2010 and do get some post - mainly from my bank - from time to time. I would really appreciate it.

Please let me know if it is possible and meanwhile I will finalise all arrangements for your stay in Medellin and will send them through shortly. Also if you have any questions, please let me know.

The cynic in me is screaming that this is suspicious, but at the same time I don't really want to sour the relationship I will have with the volunteering team over potentially nothing.

Europe has some fantastic cities and for me Berlin isn't one of them.

Any in particular? My gf is going back to Rome in the summer and I don't want to really. Sick of all my flying funds going on London and Rome. So might go away on my own.

Barcelona, Budapest and Amsterdam are probably my favourites (alongside Rome, but you're sick of that...). It depends what you're looking for really but all those have a decent mix of sightseeing, local culture and great food/drink options.

Sevilla is somewhere I'd also really recommend for somewhere a little less obvious. Beautiful place and great food if you like tapas.
