Ok, but why must you hate on fantastic games?

What an incredible game that was. :datass:

I've come to feel sorry for all the people who didn't import Wario Ware Twisted.

Well, feel free to pity me. Never knew it was a thing. Just googled it and it looks great: loved WW on the GameCube.

Presumably the hardware involved means you can't emulate it, either :(

I presume so, its a shame because its by far the best in the series too.

You guys have good taste, glad to see the likes of Astro Boy/Castlevania: AoS/Konami Krazy Racers/Kuru Kuru Kururin/Drill Dozer mentioned :D

Also, this thread reminds me that I desperately need to get to Mother 3 at some point

Dream Champ Tournament didn't get released over here :( I've played it only briefly as I emulated it, but it just doesn't feel right to me to play it with keyboard controls.

I borrowed Klonoa 2 back in the day so still need to get my own copy. As well as Empire of Dreams I have the Klonoa remake for Wii and the PS1 game digitally on Vita. I used to own the PS1 beach volleyball game too, but traded it in (one of only 2 games I have ever traded in) and I regret it greatly. I need to get on ebay or something and fix these holes in my Klonoa collection.

Oddly, it seems Dream Champ Tournament came out shortly after the first one in Japan but took several years to arrive in the US. I'd have lapped it up had it been released here, the original was easily one of my favourite games in the GBA's early schedule.

Also I'll have to get that Wii remake running on Dolphin sometime, it was already a really nice looking 480p game so I suspect it'll hold up well at higher resolutions :)

Despite absolutely loving my GBA (although the SP was king for me - some of the after market lighting solutions for the original GBA were hilarious :D) I don't think I ever really got through that many "new" games on it, other than a choice few it was mainly SNES ports that I spend most of my time on! My list would therefore be:

* Advance Wars
* Sonic Advance 2
* Mario Kart Super Circuit
* The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
* Metroid Fusion
* Kuru Kuru Kururin
* Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2
* Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3
* DOOM (because DOOM is worth voting for on any platform!)

The problem with Ninja Cop was that it was almost impossible to get a copy of.

Looking back, there appears to be fewer great games than I had thought there were on GBA – although it is home to two of my all-time top five favourites (WarioWare and Fire Emblem).

• Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising
• Fire Emblem
• The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
• Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
• Mario vs. Donkey Kong
• Metroid: Zero Mission
• WarioWare, Inc: Mega Microgames
• It's Mr Pants
• Mario Kart: Super Circuit
• F-Zero: Maximum Velocity
